In 1996 Capitol Advantage went online, transforming the content of Congress at Your Fingertips into Capwiz·XC, an award-winning online advocacy solution that empowers more than 1,700 associations, corporations, and nonprofits to influence legislation by educating and mobilizing their grassroots supporters. With roughly 18 million constituent messages delivered to elected officials last year, no one is working harder or smarter to help organizations influence the outcome of their legislative campaigns.
Hoping to empower millions of "politically engaged" citizens, Congress.org was launched in 1999. Congress.org, a public-service site, makes it easy for individuals to stay up to date on key issues facing the United States, identify their state and federal representatives, and send messages directly to these representatives. Over 2 million people sent messages to their elected officials using Congress.org last year.
In 2004, PACbuilder was launched to help Political Action Committees automate their compliance reporting requirements and manage all aspects of their PAC program.
