pulled from site's meta descriptionThe CAPP2 Study is a double blind, randomised, controlled trial of colorectal polyp and cancer prevention using aspirin and resistant starch in carriers of Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colon Cancer (HNPCC) also called Lynch syndrome. This is an international research trial, recruiting from 42 centres worldwide. It aims to find a way of preventing cancer in families with an inherited tendency. Recruitment began in 1999 and it will have enrolled 1000 gene carriers by June 2005.
