We manage homes for owners not living permanently in the country. We will rent these homes, houses or apartments at the owner’s request, or manage the property( non-rentals) while the owners are away.
You can rest assured that our service includes checking the house or apartment regularly, paying all bills pertaining to the residence- electric, water, telephone, maid, gardener, etc. and sending a monthly statement of account to the owner.
We also arrange and supervise minor repairs, as necessary. Discussion of major repairs with owners prior to commencement and following directions as to those repairs, if necessary, is also part of our service.
