The Children At Risk Education Foundation Charitable Trust is a Trust established to promote and fund child safety and education initiatives for children at risk. CARE organises three campaigns: Road Safety Education, Safer Kids Education, and Drug Prevention Education, in North Harbour, Counties Manukau, Auckland Central, Waitakere, Christchurch and Wellington.
