About Us
Career Directions was established in 1998 and specializes in high technology Sales, Sales Management, Computer and Software Sales, Marketing and Customer Service careers. We also provide specialized searches in other fields such as healthcare, medical device sales, and other information technology positions. Our corporate office is located in Plano, Texas (just north of Dallas) and we work with our client companies on a national basis to successfully provide employees in most metropolitan areas throughout the United States.
In the current marketplace, confidentiality has become even more important than before. We protect the confidentiality of both our candidates and our companies. Candidates are contacted for their interest and permission prior to being submitted to your company and given information pertinent to the position being recruited for; however, your company name will not be disclosed until you have determined that you are interested in the candidate and ready to move forward to interview. Likewise, your company's name is never disclosed to our other client companies.
Career Directions typically contacts over 50 people on a search to find appropriate candidates for our clients. Of these, we generally interview the most outstanding 10 to 12. From those, we present the three to five most highly qualified and interested candidates.
