Bruce has owned and managed the Carib Inn since its beginning in 1980. He was the first dive instructor working full time on Bonaire starting in 1973 at Capt Don's Aquaventure. With over 33 years of diving on Bonaire, Bruce knows the island very well.
Monica Cicilia has been with the Carib since 1980 and keeps all the rooms in order. She is a native Bonairian and a real asset to the Carib Inn.
Kitty Handschuh started working at the Carib Inn in 1987 as an instructor. She is from the US, where she taught elementary school before teaching diving. Kitty has been managing the office, instruction, etc. since 1990. She is especially knowledgeable about the reef's little critters.
