Caribbean Bingo Party is owned by ELF Caribbean Corporation which has been incorporated on the Island of Antigua since December 29, 2003. The CEO of ELF is Earl J. Niemoth who also designed the unique software for this site. When fully operational, ELF will employee about 30 employees on the Island.
The offices of ELF are located at 68 Kings Street in downtown St. John's, the capital of Antigua. From these offices the accounting, human relations, marketing, sales and the day to day operations of the site takes place.
Caribbean Bingo Party is run in a studio environment. The studio is located 1833 Queen's Highway which is just north of downtown St. Johns. Just like the Ophra Winfrey show, everyone is invited to see how and what we do to run Caribbean Bingo Party on a 24 / 7 operation. As they say in the restaurant business, we have to work very hard to make it look easy.
