- I have a lifelong relationship with athletics including long distance running, water sports and generally just loving the out-of-doors. After 40, I discovered high altitude mountaineering and technical rock climbing. These activities challenge me on new levels – physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is also when I gained courage to resign from a large corporation and began teaching fitness professionally.
