Cartridge City (MK) owner Mark Hawtin, who works in the shop himself says, “Obviously we like to be busy, but personally I gain more satisfaction from the fact that we keep seeing the same faces coming back for more. So obviously we are doing something right! Most of our new customers are now coming to us via personal recommendation from friends and family.
