Ms. Casablanca has practiced for over a decade in all aspects of immigration law. Issues in her practice include business, litigation, family, citizenship and asylum. She received her J. D. degree from Georgia State University in 1988. She is certified as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Florida Bar. She presently serves on the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association of Washington, D. C. and the Department of State Liaison Committee. She was the Chapter Chair of South Florida Chapter of AILA (2000 – 2001) and has served on other AILA Committees. She also serves as Chair of the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee of the Florida Bar (11D). She is the AILA project liaison with the American Bar Association for the Unaccompanied Minors Program. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Southern District Court, the U. S. Court of Appeals, and the Florida Supreme Court. She has been selected as one of south Florida’s Leading Attorneys.
