 I am Vaughn Decker. I came up with an idea for tracking.  It doesn't implant in the skin. I will make it inexpensive for all to have in their homes. I need help advertising my tracking security system for people, animals, or anything of value.  Please help me make savingkids.us  a reality with your donations. I need seed money for a patent and to be able to produce this security system.  Please tell all.  It’s a good cause and every minute of the day there are children taken and items lost.
