Recruitment software is a fast growing industry as can be seen by the many linked pages below. The industry has developed a collection of software companies creating solutions to help recruitment & staffing agencies become more effective and ultimately more profitable by enhancing the service they offer to their candidates and clients.

My personal favourite is Arithon Recruitment Software, which a few years back was the first to produce an on demand service based solution in the UK & Ireland (SaaS - Software As A Service) for the recruitment industry. They also changed the market dramatically with their simple low cost pricing model and this was even more evident when you look at how their competitors have followed suit.
