North Tipperary Community and Voluntary Association (CAVA) was established in March 2001 to represent the Community and Voluntary sector in the new local Government structures in North Tipperary. Volunteering has a long history in Ireland, spanning a whole range of social activity. It represents a huge resource to society and provides a much needed service. C.A.V.
