It was with confidence and purpose that four women, all mothers with child care needs, founded the Child Care Resource Center, Inc. in 1971. Their goal was to make accurate information about quality, affordable child care available to parents from all walks of life, so that they would have equal access to the new social and economic opportunities of the time.
Today, CCRC is a powerful force in the early care and education industry, serving more than 20,000 families, 3,000 child care providers, 2,200 social service providers and policy-makers each year, state-wide.
