Founded in 1963, the Cyprus Development Bank (CDB) is today the island’s primary financial institution dedicated to satisfying the needs of corporate clients.
Our aim is to build on the strengths that we have developed in the course of our 40-year history and to bring the CDB even closer to the Cypriot entrepreneur by providing a whole range of new and innovative financial services and products. Our vision is to establish CDB as a profitable, highly regarded, strongly capitalised, differentiated, commercial financial institution with a high level of expertise.
CDB is dedicated to its corporate clientele, both local and international. Our traditional banking products have been corporate loans, equity funds, deposit taking and structured finance. Through our associate company, Global Capital Ltd, we also offer a broad range of investment banking services including mergers and acquisitions, flotation of companies and other capital market transactions.
