Mr. Raper's primary goal is to save money for event producers by negotiating the best deal possible with the celebrities & attractions.

In 1976 H. Leon Raper founded Raper Enterprises Agency - a Talent Agency. The agency was very successful and thrived for many years in Beverly Hills California. The agency was franchised by all the entertainment guilds and unions such as SAG (Film), AFTRA (TV), AEA (Theatre), AFM (Music), DGA (Directors), WGA (Writers) and AGVA (Variety Artists). The agency specialized in Soap Stars. At one time agency represented more soap stars than most other Talent Agency in the business. Personal appearances for soap stars very quickly became a big part of the business. As time went on the agency started handling personal appearances bookings for many soap stars that were not exclusive clients of the agency. As the agency grew and became well known throughout the U.S. and Canada, the agency started receiving requests for all kinds of attractions - in addition to television stars and celebrities. As a result the agency over the years has built up a computer database of thousands of stars, celebrities and all kinds of attractions.

During his stint as a Talent Agent in Beverly Hills, Mr. Raper enjoyed the Celebrity booking part of the business more than handling exclusive clients for Film and TV. So, in 1986 Mr. Raper closed Raper Enterprises Agency in Beverly Hills California and reformed the business in Arizona as Raper Enterprises, Inc. The Vegas Celebrity Booking Service division performs Talent Coordination services for special event producers.
