Centennial Rehabilitation Associates was founded in 1979 with a $500 MasterCard advance, extensive experience in the rehabilitation of injured workers, and a lot of good ideas about what patient care should look like. In the over 25 years since then, we have put those ideas to the test and have developed a philosophy and methods for service delivery that have proven extremely successful in assisting patients in their rehabilitation from injuries and in returning them back to work. We have grown from a company engaged exclusively in vocational rehabilitation and case management to a provider of specialty rehabilitation services.
We still provide our original services of Vocational Rehabilitation Consultation and Nurse Case Management but have added two other programs in recent years. Head Injury Rehabilitation was formed in 1997 to evaluate and treat traumatic brain injury patients, and The Pain Medicine Center was formed in 2001 to provide these same services to chronic pain patients. Both of these programs were designed to serve otherwise underserved patient populations in Colorado, and both occupy unique niches in the local health care delivery system.
Three programs, one umbrella practice name, and one shared history of success. We thank our current and past referral sources and patients for their confidence in us over the years and look forward to many more years of providing innovative evaluation and rehabilitation services.
