The Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) was established in 1965 to combat poverty and promote self-sufficiency among low-income and vulnerable populations in Luzerne County. Over the past four decades, thousands of individuals and families have benefited from the programs offered by CEO. This web page was created to provide information for those who may benefit from these programs and to be a resource to other organizations engaged in the field of Human Services.
