It has touched the lives of many, from the people who benefit from its grants and endowments to the people looking for the most efficient way to give back to their own community.
Created in 1954 with $55,000 left in the War Chest from World War II, Community Foundation Silicon Valley today manages more than 600 individual, family and corporate funds, as well as nonprofit endowments.
