I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the way CgiSports handled a recent service disruption that affected our Little League program umpire scheduling.
CgiSports' efforts to refund fees and to provide improvements to the service in compensation for the disruption have made CgiSports a significantly better site to use and for coordinating with our team of volunteer umpires.
I am now fully convinced of CgiSports' intent to provide excellent customer service. I am pleased to recommend to anyone that CgiSports is a great solution for local league umpiring scheduling needs.
In the end, based on the excellent and quick response, I opted to repay the original fees, and I look forward to a continued great relationship with CgiSports in the future.
