Description
There you will find steps made from old railway ties leading down to a deck where you will find cushioned chairs, shaded by towering cedar trees overlooking the lake. Down another short stairway from the upper deck is the lakeside dock, canoe and paddle boat, for your use. The water is clean and the bottom is sandy—perfect for swimming. The water is knee-high for about 20 meters, then it rapidly deepens to where the water is clear and cool.
Relax and enjoy the lovely view and the quiet solitude at the lakeside dock. You may be rewarded by observing passing ducks or a beaver traveling up the lake for a night’s work!
