Sables - The traditional sable is the most popular of all colors in Shetland Sheepdogs. It can be anywhere from a golden blonde to a mahogany with a black overlay.
Blues - Blue Merle Shelties are a identified by their unique color pattern. The gray can be from a bright clear silver to a rich gray. The amount of black can vary.
Black - Did you know that the first shelties imported to the US were mostly black or tri? Blacks can have tan points and are called tri color or no tan points and are called bi color.
