Cheechako Cabins are located in the Eastern slopes of the Canadian Alberta Rocky Mountains offering clean and quality recreational lodging with easy access to outdoor activities. Nordegg is off the the beaten path and has only recently become a travel destination. Outdoor activities include hiking and horseback riding with a picturesque view of the surroundings in order to observe the areas expansive wildlife. Escape from the stresses of urban life in the beautiful, untouched wilderness of Nordegg, Alberta.

Cabins

All the cabins have the essential comforts of a home along with all necessary items provided by the staff at Cheechako. Although they have modern amenities, the cabins were designed in the image of early settlers homes. Here are some more details on the offered facilities:

Fully equipped kitchens: Contains full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, tea pot, cutlery, place settings, mugs and glasses, pots and pans, roast pans, cookie sheet, cake pan, cooking utensils, can openers, dish cloths, dish soap, SOS pads, etc. as well as salt and pepper and other assorted spices and seasonings, coffee, sugar and Coffee Mate.
All bedding and linens: 230 thread count sheets, blankets, hand stitched quilts, bath linens as well as hand soap and shampoo.
Electronic equipment: Satellite television, DVD player and movies, portable CD player and alarm clocks as well as wireless internet access.
Wood burning stove and electric heat: All firewood is provided by Cheechako Cabins at no extra charge.
Covered deck with propane BBQ and patio seating: Propane for the BBQ’s are provided by Cheechako Cabins at no extra charge
Vacuum and cleaning supplies

Note: Cheechako Cabins do not provide daily maid service but guests are welcome to ask for fresh towels, linens, garbage bags, propane, etc., at any time during their stay.
