Chris Florence is a classically trained chef who has over 10 years of experience in the food service industry. He was educated at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and has worked in dozens of restaurants, hotels, resorts and catering operations with the industries top chefs, including Wolfgang Puck. Chris has instructed classes at the California Culinary Academy and for other private organizations as well.
Chef Party! employs a roster of talented, professionally trained chefs from the Seattle area, many of whom work in the city's finest restaurants. All chefs are certified by the King County Health Department in food safety and sanitation.
