Our productions encompass new writing (UK premiere of Aussie black comedy Milo's Wake), gritty contemporary drama (Ravenhill, Welsh, Marber) and comedy (Coward, Godber, Simon).
Chelsea Players was founded as an amateur dramatic society in the 1960s and enjoyed a 25-year residency at London's Chelsea Theatre until 2000.
From 2001, Chelsea Players evolved into a touring theatre company. Each production is now staged at a theatre suitable for it; we continue to perform at the Barons Court Theatre, Fulham; the Putney Arts Theatre, Putney; the Landor Theatre, Clapham and the London Oratory Arts Centre, Fulham.
