Founded by Chef Daniel Vasse in 1985, the award winning Chez Daniel French Restaurant is located in Anchors Village in the Palmas del Mar Marina. Chez Daniel features French Continental dishes and offers catering services.
Chez Daniel has a wine cellar of more than 250 wines and 22 private cellars. The restaurant has a fully air conditioned dining room with a 55 seat capacity inside and 30 seat capacity on the outside covered terrace facing the marina entrance. Mr. Daniel Vasse, Chef and owner, known as "Maitre Rotisseur " of "La Chaine des Rotisseurs", with the help of Frank Arnould, executive Chef, serves his customers from Wednesday to Monday from 6:30pm to 10:00pm for dinner. The restaurant is also open for lunch Friday to Sunday from 12:00 noon to 3:00pm. Closed on Tuesdays.
Sunday Brunch is a must for only $42.00 per person (children are 1/2 price) including a glass of Mimosa or Bloody Mary.
