The final book in the trilogy, Glory & Promise, was a Library of Virginia Literary Award nominee. For a change of pace, Kim's current release, Whispers from the Grave, is a contemporary novel that includes a Civil War ghost story. Presently, she is working on the sequel, Whispers through Time, as well as researching her first nonfiction title on rape during the Civil War.
