- The Children's PAC (Political Action Committee) was begun in 1992 by individuals who believed in the goals of the Children's Rights Council. The Children's Right Council (CRC) is an international 501 (c)(3) child advocacy organization founded in 1985. CRC and the Children's PAC are committed to the loving, nuturing protection and education of children through both parents and extended family. We are also dedicated to helping children in promoting family foundation, shared parenting, mediation, parent education, and mitigating the effects of divorce and relationship breakup of children and parents.
