Christian Homekeeper has been the personal blog, website and domain of Sylvia Britton since 1996. You can find articles about godly womanhood, home life, homeschooling, recipes and more at CHK. CHK also offers a moderated message board where women can build online friendships and get ideas and accountability for homemaking.
Christian Homekeeper Ministry includes the main blog, the Hearts of Christian Homekeepers blogs and CHK Message Board. Through Christian Homekeeper, Sylvia Britton and her staff offer mentoring, encouragement and instruction in the spirit of Titus 2 and Proverbs 31. While the origins of the ministry have been online, primarily via articles and the message board, the mentors at CHK encourage and equip women to minister to each other in real life.
CHK is a grace-based, Christian ministry. Mrs. Britton offers balanced Bible studies and teachings from scripture on the site as well as household management help, recipes, household duty instructions and handwork ideas. Two of the biggest events at CHK are the Fall Cleaning Extravaganza and the Spring Cleaning Event called 5 Weeks To A Clean and Organized Home.
