Who are We?

We are a group of evangelical pastors, academics and mission executives who have been disturbed by the growing influence of Christian Zionism on the political scene in America recognizing this ideology to be a major factor in the stalled peace process in Israel / Palestine.

We believe that the Christian Zionism and "Left Behind" theologies, while claiming to interpret the Bible literally, do not apply consistently literal interpretation of Daniel and Revelation. By taking scriptures out of context, these theologies distort the real meaning. At the end, the political agenda of these theologies has the result of asking Christians to support actions that reject the teachings of Jesus Christ.

We offer an alternative biblical view, one that we believe reflects the teachings of Jesus Christ, and God as a God of compassion and justice.
