Group Insurance Provider
Finding a Doctor - On Cigna you can type in your city, state or zip code and find doctors that are covered under your current medical plan. It will show you a list of their expertise. You can select which ever one you think would be best.
Researching Conditions and Diseases - On Cigna you can research conditions and find generic versions of drugs that you are currently or may have to be taking. This will save you a lot of money. According to Cinga the average prescription drug is $120/90 days while a non-prescription equivalent is only $25/90 days supply.
All your form needs - Cigna has all the standard medical forms that you will need. Simply go to its form section and scroll down till you find the one you need. Save the PDF file prompt and than go and open the PDF. You can fill it in now and print it or print it and fill it in and mail it to your doctor.
Drug lists - Cigna has a large database of drugs. You can browse or search the list and find if your currently covered to recieve that drug or a generic equivalent.
Ordering New Drugs - Cigna allows you to access and print an order form for your drugs. It however does not let you email it due to fraud.
Refilling orders - Cigna makes it easy to refill orders with online application forms. Simply fill in the form, submit and in 10 to 14 business days you should get your drugs.
Make a claim - You can make a claim online. Log on to your CIGNA account and follow the instructions given there.
Request a new ID card - CIGNA allows you to request a new ID card. To do so long in and follow the instruction given there.
