- Cirt is a non-profit community organization that provides riding therapy for local riders with physical, mental and/or emotional disabilities. Cirt is affiated with NARHA ( North American Riding for the Handicapped. Cirt maintains a stable of 10 horses and works with over 75 student riders on a year-round basis. Feeding, caring for and keeping our horses is our single largest expense. Your pledge will go entirely toward horse maintenance.
