People have made the difference at Clarke & Simpson ever since the firm was founded in 1990 by Christopher Clarke and Michael Simpson, Michael having retired in 2005. Now with around 30 people working in various capacities for the firm, the emphasis remains on creating and maintaining close working relationships with clients.
Dealing in virtually every aspect of property in Suffolk, we have maintained our individuality by remaining a single location practice. From here we have a multi-disciplined organisation, some departments of which operate across the Eastern Counties, and estate management which is active nationwide.
1999 was a pivotal year in the firm’s development when Christopher Clarke was appointed as surveyor to the Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich – a role which encompasses the management of over 200 parsonage houses and hundreds of acres of Glebe land.
