- SpiritOne Internet Services was started in 1995 by native Oregonian David Wolfe, who, in 1977, founded, and to this day owns and operates, Telecom Medical Billing Systems. SpiritOne's goal was to be a profitable, growing Internet service provider. David didn't expect SpiritOne to become another AOL or Earthlink, but he knew that in order to be successful, the company had to achieve critical mass through growth. He realized there were two key components necessary to achieve the required growth: an offering based on state of the art solutions, and the best customer service and support in the industry.
