Community residents, port drivers and environmentalists celebrated another victory on Sept 8th when a judge refused to put a stop to a critical clean-air plan at the request of the trucking industry. The American Trucking Association’s request for an injunction to undermine a sustainable clean air plan that would hold companies and corporations responsible for owning and maintaining a fleet of alternative-fuel and low emissions trucks was tentatively denied.
