To inform and educate citizens about environmental abuses so that they will take action to protect their children, future generations and endangered species.
To find solutions for Houston’s environmental problems, Jane Dale Owen, president, organized a group of prominent scientists, medical doctors, environmental specialists, concerned citizens and representatives from several environmental groups to form CLEAN (Citizen’s League for Environmental Action Now). CLEAN was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in June 2000.
CLEAN is privileged to have quality personnel at all levels of its organizational structure. Below are just a few of the people who contribute to make our organization the effective program that it is today.
