Clearinghouse Conservation Trust was formed in 1988, as a Massachusetts Business Trust Organization by Co-Grantors, Mr. Michael R.T. Eagan and Mr. Gene B. Griswold. Today, Mr. Eagan remains Chairman Emeritus and Mr. Griswold serves as Ombudsman and Trustee Emeritus. Mr. Eagan and Mr. Griswold began their association in 1986, in Ormond Beach, Florida.. At that time, Mr. Eagan was Chairman of Channel-One Area Network, Inc.
