The Clinical Medical Negligence Injuries (CMNI) web site was set up to help individuals who had suffered neglect or abuse in a UK health care institution to make an official complaint to the responsible party and to apply for compensation should any be due. This is a free service to the public and all the solicitors we refer cases to are specialists in medical/clinical negligence claims. Care should always be taken when choosing the right firm to pursue your claim on your behalf due to the number of firms that are not experienced enough to take on such claims. There is no obligation and your details are kept secure at all times. We receive a very modest fee from the solicitor who takes on your case as a thankyou for referring you to them, at no point do we have any involvement in the running of your case and therefore we do not have any of our costs added to your claim.
