Cook Land Services specializes in boundary surveys & subdivisions, CLS projects also range from simple line agreements, flood elevation certificates and mortgage loan inspections to topographic site plans, volume determination and FEMA flood map amendments.
Examples of our construction projects include 2 miles of pipeline layout for the Bowater Paper Mill, a 40 acre topographic survey for Earthgro, site plans for the Indian Township Health Center, the Calais Heritage Center, and numerous residential site plans which were used for architectural design.
Large area projects include a 300 acre GPS survey for the Wildlife Land Trust adjacent to Moosehorn Wildlife Refuge, Baker Brook LURC subdivisions for 190 lots on five miles of Moosehead Lake, and all outlots within the forty mile St. Croix River conservation area.
