Description
The Christian Medical Fellowship in Glasgow is made up of Christian medical students and junior doctors who meet together regularly. The purpose of the meetings mirrors that of the parent CMF based in London: "to unite Christian doctors and medical students in pursuing the highest standards in Christian and professional life". The Glasgow group currently meets every 2nd Friday during term in the Boyd Orr Building on campus (opposite the Wolfson Medical Building on University Avenue). Our aim is simply to please God and to serve others. At our meetings we encourage one another in our daily spiritual and working lives by discussing and praying through various issues we face in the medical world. This is usually done while enjoying good food in a relaxed environment.
