About Us
coaching4excellence was originally founded by Veronica Cooper. Veronica has worked in a variety of business environments including banking and recruitment prior to becoming a full-time coach and mentor.
Veronica is a ECI Accredited Practitioner Coach, Accredited Business coach, holds a Practitioner of Life Coaching Diploma and is a member of the European Coaching Institute.
Veronica, who describes herself as “dynamic, determined and extremely focused” has made significant changes in her own professional and personal life. The question she is most frequently asked is ‘Why did you decide to become a coach?’ Veronica says: “The aftermath of the 9/11 Tragedy was profound, and the event personally affected my closest colleagues. It was then that I started questioning what I was doing professionally. After many months of soul searching, I decided to change my work focus and redefined my purpose: to help other women find excellence and total fulfilment in their careers.”
