WMA award winning leadership development model was recognized and is a recipient in conjunction with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City for the Pew Partnership Leadership Plenty Program. The team at WMA is well versed in the Americas, Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and African social-economic climates and is committed to ensuring the production of quality programs which provide practical value to individuals and teams. We have witnessed for over 20 years, people and organizations in transformational projects and validate that an Executive Coaching approach is the preferred tool or change agent that can empower and enable an individual, team or organization to move forward in living their future possibilities today.
WMA has facilitated projects in learning/change or "transformation" in America, Malaysia and Ghana. These major project areas include executive coaching, leadership development, organizational alignment, branding, media investment campaigns, market research, marketing and skills level training.
