About
CodeGrrl was created by Sasha and Bonnie in 2003. She was learning a lot about PHP and MySQL, and wanted to help others learn the more complicated coding languages as well.
The site has grown enormously since then, with very active forums and many visitors every week. It has become an invaluable resource for many, and for that reason we aim to keep CodeGrrl alive and active for a very long time.
Bonnie quit the site in 2004, and Sasha no longer has time to run the site by herself now either. Vixx takes care of the day-to-day dealings on the site and forums, and the rest of the staff help out with moderating the forums as well as adding new content to the site.
