The old code was a bit tacky, using a timer to trigger the file encoding dialog. And of course it was buggy: it wouldn't work for multiple documents opening simultaneously. So I've fixed it properly by using the WindowEvents_WindowActivated event. So when a window is activated, and it matches one of those non-BOM documents added by the DocumentEvents_DocumentOpened event, the encoding dialog is triggered for the document and then the next one in the list (if available) is activated.
