COGCNV is a forum for chief elected officials to discuss issues of common concern and to develop programs to address them on a regional level. Fundamentally, COGCNV is a planning organization, concerned with economic development, land use, water planning and transportation needs of the Central Naugatuck Valley Region (CNVR).
