- In 2003, Cold Steel Creations, LLC was founded by Tim Swenson in Peoria, Arizona. Tim has been working with steel since 1977. He decided to start Cold Steel Creations, LLC when he saw a need for unique handcrafted steel art. He began making the Harley pieces and selling them through local Harley stores. As word got out, people came to Tim asking him to create custom pieces for their homes and businesses. From there, the business has grown to where it is today. Now, Tim is making his skills and products available to a much broader audience by opening up this online storefront.
