- The company was founded in January 1974 by John R. and Greta Thompson. John was the principal broker until 1999 when Greta became the principal broker. The company was independent until 1989 when we joined Coldwell Banker as a residential affiliate, independently owned. This is the oldest company in Bartlett today. The company had a strong emphasis on new homes in the beginning, representing many builders over the years, until John R. started building houses in 1981 until the mid 90s. We increased our share of existing homes after the recession of 1981. We are a Cendant Mobility broker and as such have a strong presence in relocation. Our main concern has been good ethics and personal service.
