The majority of our residential communities are located in west Portland including Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Sherwood, Forest Grove, Hillsboro and Washington County. We are now also engaging in projects outside of Portland in markets such as Yamhill County and Vancouver, Washington. Last year, the company sold over 250 finished lots to various local, regional and national homebuilders.
