Commonwealth Land Trust is a 501(c)(3) affordable housing and homelessness prevention non-profit operating in and around the greater Boston area. Since 1985, CLT has been providing safe, attractive, and affordable housing as well as on-site social services to some of Massachusetts' most vulnerable residents: low-income and single parent families, the mentally and physically disabled, people living with HIV/AIDS, and people living on the streets or in emergency shelters.
