The firm was founded by Anthony M. Guido, who serves as the President and CEO. Anthony's experience offers clients over 15 years of multi-level regulatory compliance administration. Mr. Guido, a former college instructor received his formal education in the South Florida area attending Miami-Dade College and Florida International University. His banking career began in New York with Marine Midland Bank. He is credited with co-founding the American Quick-Cash Centers, chain of check cashing and deferred presentment stores, and served as a founding member of the Financial Exchange Network, Inc. Mr. Guido is also credited with creating and founding Check Cashing Consultants, LLC. He is a member of ACAMS, and serves on the MSB task-force. Additionally, professional membership is maintained in the IIA, the Institute of Internal Auditors holding a special membership in the Financial Services Group, as well as IAFCI, the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators, and ACFE, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
